ONLINE MAT CLASSES

These informal - yet still challenging - 

mat classes use minimal equipment but 

provide ample guidance and personal feedback

to ensure you achieve the results you desire.

These classes can be arranged with one-to-one personal tuition, perfect if you have a varied schedule or find it hard to being in one place. You can also join one of our group classes at the times listed below.

You will need a mat, a small towel, a computer (positioned so that you can be seen by your tutor) and Zoom to take part in these classes.
