This mat class is kept small, friendly and personal, providing a mixture of both fast and slower paced activity.  


Smaller classes provide lots of personal attention and feedback, and with regular practice, you will see impressive improvements in posture, strength

and mobility. 

With a varied pace and using small props and your own bodyweight, the classes work you inside and out, building fundamental core strength and leaving you loose, toned and energised.

Mats and small items of equipment are provided

for scheduled classes (private students will need

to provide their own mats).
