The Wunda Chair was designed as a piece which could be used in home fitness regimes. It employs a system of resistance springs and pedals to develop a sense of balance and, by engaging the whole body, helps one build strength from the core to the extremities. 

Exercises can be carried out seated, standing, on your side or even lying down.
